We were approached to supply a mural that depicted the storyline onto a false wall, on location at a youth centre in Balsall Heath. The scene has the main character, on stage at an open-mic battle, with a bejewelled hand grabbing him from above.

It needed to be execute drapidly as the shooting had to begin. As with all low-budget short films, the timing was crucial. The film's working title is 'On Road'. If you subscribe, we'll let you know about its release and schedule.

The initial enquiry came from Perfect Edge (Lou D'Arcy and Christophe Spurling) who designed and art directed the Ray Winstone BAFTA nominated feature 'Everything'.

"...(Perfect Edge) continue their fascination with stuff that is chic, well designed, aged, tatty, weathered and/or generally knackered in some strange visual way." (source)
