I was approached a few months back to give permission for Penguin Books to use a photograph I had taken. When I read the email I wasn’t completely sure which one they wished to use, so I checked the link and found that it was an image I had posted when I lived back in Walsall, my hometown.
Penguin books do have a policy of paying for the contribution for publication, however I declined the money because of the nature of the original poster on the lamppost.
